Peaceful private studio in redwoods, outdoor fire

Escape at this romantic peaceful and centrally-located studio. A large bedroom with a kitchenette and private entrance. Oversized bathroom with heated floors, two-person shower, and a big soaking tub to relax and unwind. Nestled in the redwoods with an outdoor fire pit and BBQ.

This detached large bedroom studio is equipped with a couch, cozy chair, and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a small fridge with a freezer, a toaster, a microwave, a full set of dishes, coffee-making supplies, and a spring water decanter with water from our DewPoint Spring. Best water ever!
The oversized bathroom has heated floors, a large soaking tub with candles and bath salts, a two-person shower, and a private toilet room. Very romantic.

Guest have a private entrance and have access to an out door space with a mini bar, table and chairs, fire pit and two chairs. Please stay in your designated out door area.

Your hosts are close by and happy to help between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm. Please message your hosts through the Airbnb message app if you should need anything.

Feel free to take a stroll down the driveway but we do ask you stay in your designated area during your stay. The complex has 2 assigned parking spots for the 1 unit. Drive to the back of the house and park in the gravel spaces clearly labeled with guest parking signs that say parking.    BOATS/TRAILERS/RV'S ALLOWED WITH SPECIAL REQUEST AND WILL HAVE A $5 PER NIGHT SERVICE FEE DEPENDING ON THE SIZE. ADDITIONAL PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON OUR LOWER ROAD.

Large outdoor area with a ready-to-lite fire pit and two comfy chairs. A table and two chairs for outdoor dining. A BBQ is provided with a burner for outdoor cooking. The mini bar is stocked with pots, pans, and a full set of dishes. Surrounded by potted plants and redwoods a magical little outdoor experience.
We are an on-site host. We are available from 8am-10pm to assist/answer general questions.

NO EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: Due to back to back bookings and the stringent cleaning protocols required, unfortunately we cannot arrange an early check-in or late check-out. We kindly ask that you do not arrive at the unit prior to check-in time of 4pm and ask the cleaning staff to prepare your room early as they are on a tight set schedule.

*Please note that check-out is by 11:00 AM, the cleaning staff needs immediate access to ensure the unit is ready on time for the next guests. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

UNIT LOCATION: When you arrive on site, the entrance is to your left once you park in designated parking area. Up a small porch no railings and into a large sliding glass door

SLIDING GLASS DOOR WILL BE UNLOCKED:
The door will be unlocked when you arrive. A key will be placed on the coffee table to lock and unlock your door. It takes a little bit of jiggling. Please leave the key on the table when leave and the door unlocked. A $25 fee will be applied for any lost keys.

LOCKING THE DOOR:
From inside: Push the teardrop knob located in the center of the handle down to lock and up to unlock.

From outside:
Make sure to push the door all the way closed. The key takes a little bit of jiggling and extra turning to find the right spot to lock. Keep trying you will get it.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED: Sunset View Properties is owned by families and the quaint 177 fly 1 bedroom suite has a strict NO PARTY POLICY-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE FROM 10PM-8AM. If there is a disturbance, you will be asked to leave immediately.

QUIET HOURS: ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE FROM 10PM-8AM. This is a small a famil owned complexe with the host family next door. Loud noises may be heard between units. We ask that you be respectful of other guests and no loud music/TV at any time.

PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside or outside of the unit.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING: The hosts keep the room at a comfortable temperature of 68 degrees. If you would like a temperature change you can request between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm. The bathroom has floor heaters that can be controlled from the thermostat on the wall.

OUTDOOR FIREPLACES: Fireplaces will be stocked with paper and kindling. We will set wood next to the pit.

TV: No live TV service. All TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure (personal account/subscription needed). To cast directly from your device to TV, you must be connected to your unit's secure wifi network. *PLEASE do not unplug the cat 5 cable of the TV.

LINENS/TOWELS: *Please use the white towels for kitchenette clean up. Bathroom towels and mats are for bathing purposes only. *If towels are damaged or stained, there will be a $10 charge per item. Linens will be at full replacement cost.*

TAXIS: Taxis are limited. The hosts prefer Cab Louie and Uber is available but sometimes hard to get.

CHECKOUT: 11:00 AM Please help by checking out on time and returning the unit to the condition you got it as much as possible. We greatly appreciate it if you are able to wash your dishes and place used towels and linens in a gray dirty clothes basket in the bathroom for easy removal by the cleaning crew. *Remember to sign out of any streaming apps if applicable
