"We loved staying at Hyatt Place whenever we visited our daughter in college. She graduated this year so we won’t be back to Eugene. We love the roof top bars ambiance and drinks. The staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants to try. Also, they were so accommodating and helpful with our moving truck. A big thank you for a lovely stay. "

"They got a laundry room for guests. The place gets difficult customers but the property does their best. I have yet to get a microwave or fridge with a freezer even when I booked it that way."

"Very clean hotel, convenient as it’s downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up...

"10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. "

"Beautiful style home with inviting common spaces, great shared bathroom amenities, comfortable mattress in River Room ( though sagged a bit), and wonderful location on quiet street just off the River Path. "

"Hotel novo, limpo, quartos confortáveis, café da manha maravilhoso, atendentes do café extremamente solícitos e gentis.Única ressalva foi o fato de pedirmos ajuda com as malas qdo chegamos, pois meu marido fez cirugia de coluna e não podia levantar peso, e não fomos atendidos com gentileza! No outro dia o atendente foi muito gentil e pronto a nos ajudar."
