"I was very frustrated with Expedia not the property. It was very important to find a Jacuzzi tub Indian unit. I looked all over and I had many options. I paid extra for this hotel room to get a jacuzzi tub. Well, Expedia has not updated their pictures since the remodel of this property. I spent hours on the phone with Expedia and never got my money back. Not happy. Unfortunately there was nothing the property could do. They were more than happy to refund my money but I had to get it through...

"This was the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel.
The biscuits were ice cold, the gravy was luke warm at best. The eggs seemed to be okay but the bacon was almost raw. Tried to eat but ended up going to Starbucks
for breakfast the first Saturday and Denny's on Sunday morning. The "cooks" need training or be fired. I may not stay here again next year even tho' the room rates were very good."
