Original 1970s décor and vintage furnishings have been thoughtfully preserved, giving the home nostalgic charm while offering all the comforts of today. Whether you grew up in the '70s or simply love the vibe, you'll enjoy a stay unlike any other.

Situated on over half an acre with approximately 1,700 square feet of living space, the home features an open floor plan with beautiful lake views. As you arrive, you'll find our convenient "Unloading Dock", the perfect place to set coolers, cases of water, luggage, and groceries before settling into vacation mode.

The home accommodates 6 guests. Each spacious bedrooms offers a King bed, each with a 43" Smart TV and luggage rack to unpack for fun along with ample closet and drawer space. The home has 2 full bathrooms, laundry area, two comfortable living areas, and a 65" Smart TV in the main living room. The queen sleeper sofa on the living room sleeps your additional 2 guests. Throughout the home you'll discover authentic retro décor, classic games, and vintage touches that make every room fun and memorable.

Unbeatable!! Fully Equipped Kitchen - Our kitchen is stocked with nearly everything you'll need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner or bake a dessert. Our kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, plates, utensils, serving pieces, and a generous assortment of seasonings and spices. Each cooking zone is fully equipped with everything at your finger tips. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea with either the traditional coffee maker, (it even makes iced coffee) or Keurig before heading out to the lake.

Choose between dining indoors or outside at the covered table for 6 beneath a large double umbrella overlooking the water. If weather keeps you inside, gather around our indoor table and get out the s'mores maker for a fun family treat.

The outdoor spaces are designed to relax on two spacious lakefront decks, soak in the hot tub overlooking the water, gather around multiple fire pits, or simply enjoy the peaceful sounds of the lake. Spa robes and dedicated hot tub towels provided, and long roasting skewers are available for your outdoor smores or hot dog roasts over the campfire. A retro picnic table is available for your Firelight Feats. Golfers will enjoy our recently added "Birdie Deck", featuring a backyard putting green that's perfect for a little friendly competition before heading out on the lake.

When it's time for dinner, fire up the charcoal grill. We provide charcoal, lighter fluid, grilling utensils, and even a covered grilling area with an overhead fan to keep you comfortable while cooking.

Our private docks are located in approximately 12–18 feet deep of water, making it ideal for fishing, swimming, or docking your boat. We have 2 docks, 1 that is a (New) enclosed fishing dock with a charcoal grill, 'fun-noodles', and a retro umbrella table and chairs for lunch. A dock slide has been added for a groovy swoosh into the lake! The 2nd dock is an enclosed boat slip. You're also welcome to enjoy our canoe and 2 kayaks, conveniently stored beside the enclosed boat dock. Life jackets are provided for your safety. By boat, you're within about 15 minutes or less of several of Grand Lake's favorite waterfront restaurants, making lunch or dinner on the water easy and fun. Don't forget to check out Goat Island!

Nature lovers will feel right at home. Deer frequently wander through the yard, while foxes, groundhogs, raccoons, squirrels, and rabbits are common visitors. Birdwatchers will love spotting bald eagles, pelicans, great blue herons, egrets, hummingbirds, cardinals, blue jays, woodpeckers, ducks, geese, and countless songbirds throughout the seasons. Don't forget to use the binoculars or telescope to take in the incredible wildlife and breathtaking Oklahoma night skies. We recently added 2 Boho macrame swings under our Bradford Pear tree, great to grab some shade to read or just enjoy the outdoors.

As the sun sets, the property comes alive with beautiful outdoor lighting that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere on the decks and dock. Our pathways light up so beautifully. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or simply enjoy watching the reflections dance across the lake while listening to nature all around you. Chairs are available at the dock to enjoy a sun set!
