"Very cute property. We had two couples. I can’t imagine any more people could stay there comfortably. The house is pretty small. The outdoor space was wonderful! We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs over looking the lake. We would definitely stay here again. "

I would not recommend for children for swimming as it is rocky and very deep. The house is as advertised."

"This was perfect for what we were looking for! A pet friendly home right on the water with enough bedrooms and beds for 5 adults, 1 teen, and 2 kids. Having a private dock was a huge plus! The water was definitely more shallow than I expected, but still swimmable. The host was super sweet and left a bag of goodies with extra chargers, snacks, and even dog treats! "This house is so inviting and there's plenty of space indoors and outdoors for everyone. The hot tub was great because it initially rained when we arrived. Close to ski boat and sea doo rentals.......our kids and their friends had a blast at Grand Lake! Also, the host Matt was super accommodating and let us arrive early and stay an hour later for check out. Would absolutely stay here again!!!!"
