"Fireplace would not turn on. We specifically sought out a place with a fireplace because we were going to be there on some of the coldest & windiest nights of the year. Never heard back from mgmt about after reporting it the first night. One bathroom and bedroom were so cold and you could feel the cold sur coming right around windows.
