" Je me permets de vous dire que j ai été très déçue par cet appartement J avais l habitude de passer par vous et vous me proposiez à l époque un appartement qui correspondait bien aux photos et au prix Là vous m aviez prévenue pour le ravalement mais avec zéro réduction L immeuble est terriblement bruyant et on entendait les voisins du dessus dans toute leur actions (toilettes/pas/douches/voix/ meubles déplacés ) ce qui devrait être pris en compte dans le tarif.pour moi ça élimine ! "The location is brilliant and with a boulangerie underneath the apt, the smell in the stair well is yum! The apt itself is awesome, a great space and very clean except the sofa bed is only suitable for small kids, or one adult. The linen is very tired and needs to be replaced, it would also be could to have basic useful supplies in the kitchen. "

"Apartment was clean and furnished with the basics. Living/dining room furniture is not comfortable. Location is terrific, with tram across the street. Host did his best to save a parking spot for us, since parking is at a premium in the area. Unfortunately, we came during a heat wave and the temperature was very uncomfortable as there is no AC. Host immediately approved my purchasing 4 fans which he reimbursed. Host is very accessible, communicative and accommodating, which was very helpful."

It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow. "Superb location. Not far from main underground parking. Lake is so close. I love the moderness of the apartment. This is perfect for one or two people. Very cozy very clean very comfortable. I come to this town two to three times a year and I'll check here about renting again."
