"The staff was friendly and the rooms was clean. Not alot of opinions for breakfast but it was ok. Easy to get to and not far from the ferry to the island."

"Erick at the front desk was very helpful. Super convenient location to the ferry to Mackinac island. Washers and dryers available for our laundry and I’ve machines to fill coolers. They allowed us to leave our vehicle there for our overnight visit to the island which was VERY helpful. You can walk to many things from the hotel. Would recommend as a budget friendly option."

"We had very pleasant interactions with the staff and the location couldn't have been more convenient to all the local shops, restaurants, and even the ferry to Mackinac Island. We were excited that our room was at the end of the building and hall as we hoped we'd have a window. We had a good laugh when our only view was the hallway. "Check in on 6/15 for 3 nights. Went to the room , dropped off luggage, and toured downtown. Came back and checked the room. Disgusting, moldy bathroom ceiling and tiles, toilet cracked. Only 1 working light bulb in the bathroom ceiling, I went and got one from the front desk. No apology. Sink had no stopper. Coffee machine and fridge not working, plugged in the refer. First there was no coffee or cups left, got some from the housekeeper. After checking the coffee pot was moldy inside. Carpet...

"From the outside it looks like a nice place, the room was clean but there were ants in the bathroom. There was a fridge in the closet but no microwave, the room was dark as there is only one lamp on the nite table. The room is sadly lacking ac outlets and no lamp near the table. We have never seen a coffee pot like the one there, when you pour the coffee it leaks out over everything, also there was only one pack of coffee, we had to go ask for more.
