"If you are going to Mackinaw City, you really should stay on the beach. The Hamilton Inn was affordable, clean and best of all, right on the beach. There was also an indoor pool in case of bad weather, but we did not use it. Breakfast of scrambled eggs and waffles was available. It was hot and delicious. I did wish there were amenities like a lounge or restaurant, but there were lounges within a 3 block radius that were walkable, even for us senior citizens. "

"They come right to hotel to pick up to go to ferry lived that as you can walk back once you get back through the town after coming back on ferry or ride the shuttle back to the hotel."

"Very clean with a lot of admenities (pool, fire pit, shuffle board). Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Definitely check out “Johnnies on the 2” for dinner, especially their fried mushrooms, salads, and corn beef & cabbage. We would stay here again."
