"WOW!That just about sums up this property.Our stay was almost perfect (will mention a few negatives at the end of this review)The unit itself was very clean and pretty much matches the pictures in the listing. The beds were comfortable and the supplied linens and towels were very nice as well.The kitchen is well stocked as well.Courtney was a pleasure to deal with and there were no issues with check-in or anything else on her end.Only a couple minor issues (which would not stop us from visiting...

"What a gem at Colonial Beach! Having never been, we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. Cozy, comfortable and convenient to everything. Waking to the sunrise was a treat. Very clean. Beds are comfy. Big nice bathroom. History of the building is so interesting. The owners are very very nice to work with. Would love to come back!"

"This was a great space to stay. Enjoyed the balcony, plenty of space, nice amenities in the space. A few random things needed attention, like the hand towel rack infalling off the wall. But i get a short term rental will have these things and sometimes a chaos gremlin stays in the place. Overall, wonderful place. Good location. "

"this lovely condo was right in the middle of everything. Very nice and really clean! thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"It was very clean and well maintained. It has full sized washer/dryer that came in handy. Location is an easy Uber/Lyft ride downtown. The unit is spacious with 2 full baths and surprisingly comfortable beds. Wished for bedside table lamps. Living room furniture is "well loved" but functional. Each unit has only 1 parking space but there is free parking on the street for any additional vehicles."

"We enjoyed our time at the Crystal City Boutique Flats. Very convenient to D.C. and a short walk to many restaurants. Communication was excellent and we would stay there again."

"Had a great time staying at Noliga's. Was close to our friends we where visiting and okenty of options for food. Fou d a bagel olace for breakfast that had amazing sandwiches, Bada Bing Bagel. Property was clean and even had soaps provided for laundry. Would stay there again."
