"The communication with owner was amazing, got us all set up and check in and getting key was super easy. The place is right on main street downtown. Easy to walk etc to eat and shop. There was a little noise from nearby bar but they provided ear plugs and sound machines. It was a great girls weekend away. Only issue we had was the amount of steps in and out. "The check in experience was absolutely horrible to say the least. I've never had to wait for over an hour and a half to check in to a room before in my life because the room "was not ready". We asked for early check in which is between 2-4pm and asked to be on the same floor. "The staff was excellent. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast was really good. There was a nice large breakfast area and many options for food. The cheese and sour cream should’ve been refrigerated though. They were left out on the counter. Lots of condiments. There were even grab and go containers. I thought that was nice. "Check in was very pleasant, the young man who checked us in, was very nice and informative. The room was very clean. The thermostat was easy to understand and control. The pool was nice, it was at a good temperature. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work. ( hasn’t for 2 years)"
