"Didn’t use the gym, there was several of us there for a fishing tournament the gentleman at the front desk wasn’t very accommodating for our parking"

"Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk worker was so welcoming, cheerful, and helpful. The elevator was out which was a difficulty since we’re in our late 60s and carrying baggage upstairs was a bit of a challenge. We were warned about that, though. We also had a problem with the commode - but the lady at the front desk helped out tremendously. She was a blessing to us and she is a real asset to your hotel!!!"

"Property shouldn't be double booked for both events (prom) and room stays. Guests have no access to the rest of the property. "

"Hotel e casino, em construções separadas, ficando o Casino na beira do rio Mississippi e é uma réplica dos antigos navios à vapor. Quarto amplo e bom banheiro. Não tem café da manhã. Estacionamento grátis em frente ao prédio. Fizeram cobrança indevida de valor diferente do acordado com a Hotéis, que prontamente resolveu."

"The location is excellent and the staff polite and welcoming but we found cleanliness needs to be improved. The rugs were not properly vacuumed, there is dust on the corners, dust on furniture, soap scum in the shower floor, light switches had handprints, top of bedboard had black dust as well as the picture frames. I had to wipe all surfaces with Lysol wipes. The shower handle was coming off, there was hot water but very little pressure. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but they start...

"They advertise breakfast. It is terrible and small. I was served 10 halved grapes with blueberries, one small sausage patty and half a biscuit. Room was ridiculously set up with lots of ambient light allowed in while trying to sleep. Almost no water pressure in shower. Would stay somewhere else. "
