Apartamentos em Estero, FL

"The property was just as expected. Clean, neat and comfortable. It was out of the busy area yet close enough to the beaches. Would rerun if I was going to be in that area again. "

"Esta faltando manutenção das areas externas. O box do chuveiro era excessivamente apertado e a limpeza do piso deficiente."

"An aging condo, small room,no chairs. Overall, clean and comfortable, good location. Worth the price, owner very responsive. Pool area nice and large chikee good spot to gather and rest."

"The place was clean. It was in a good neighborhood. The bathroom was very nice. We had no control of the thermostat and it was quite warm. There were critters outside that made horrible noises all night."

"My 7yr old daughter and I stayed, and absolutely loved it! The host were so kind and helpful. The studio was super clean, and had all the essentials you would need for a chill beach vaca. We will def be back! "

"We had an issue with the air conditioner working well which caused it to be a little warmer than what was comfortable. Attempted to communicate this at 1:30 pm thursday afternoon and didnt get response until following morning when we were leaving. Also, a little disappointed in not having room serviced and change of towels after our 1st night spent"

"Great place, clean and quiet. Owner was very responsive to questions."

"This was by far our favorite rental while on vacation. Very spacious, clean, accurate to the listing, and a wonderful carrying host with great communication. We liked the location to Lovers Key State Park. We will definitely be looking to book this rental again, probably for longer next time. It was an extremely comfortable stay."

"Dieser Ort ist einfach spitze! Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit. Es ist zwar kein Luxushotel, aber man fühlt sich hier wie zu Hause, wenn man an einem neuen Ort ist. Es liegt zentral und komfortabel, und ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten."

"Great neighborhood. Host was responsive when I asked a question. Very convenient location to airport, beaches. Information future renters would like to know: To get in to this apartment, you have to go through a musty smelling garage. The apartment was made in the back half of the garage. It was done well. "Clean and comfortable."

"The description mentions a supply of laundry items. There is no laundry facility. The fridge makes a gurgling noise about every 20 seconds and the AC on and off all night is tough to sleep to. Easy fixes that can be made. Good for a night or two."

"Great communication and easy check in. Very nice place to stay"

"Dave was very punctual to responding to emails. Gave us early entry information since we were flying in when routine time did not help us. Clear instructions and no problem using access lock."

"Tudo estava excelente, gostamos muito da casa. "
