"2nd time to stay here in last 6 months. Rooms are clean, A/C and ceiling fans keep room cool. The bed is comfortable. It’s an older hotel that they are trying to update. Would/will stay there again. Also, for St Croix, the price is reasonable. Did not eat at restaurant so I can’t comment on that."

"We enjoyed all the access the Buccaneer had to offer. The beaches are beautiful. The one thing I would do differently is rent a car. Also, I wish the property had access to rent a golf cart if you weren’t golfing. The expense of some of the food was something to plan for or to purchase a meal plan for the next trip. It was a great vacation, overall."

"Awesome views at The Waves!! AMA restaurant and Cane bay beach within close proximity made us want to stay on the north shore all week. Front desk and housekeeping were super helpful and responsive to our needs. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation in St Croix I would highly recommend staying here. "Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel, the rooms were beautifully decorated, this hotel is mostly for couples, if you are planning to go with friends I advise you to make sure there are double bed rooms available (this was my mistake, not theirs), the owners are amazing, very approachable and quick to respond, EXCELLENT customer service."

"Sandcastle hotel was an awesome place to stay. The front desk personnel were helpful at check-in explaining what was available as far as amenities during our stay. The only thing I can say is the continental breakfast offered at the check-in desk needs an improvement. Other than that, the hotel grounds are pleasant and well manicured. The room I choose had a nice veranda, a kitchen with a larger refrigerator, stove and a microwave. The beach was clean, water clear ( great for snorkeling ) with...

"I would stay here again. We were here 9 years ago and loved it! It was just as good this time. Views are wonderful, beach is very nice and not crowded, bartender Connor was excellent and food truck was delicious!! We fell in love with the cats around our cabin. All in all, this place will always be our place to stay!! "

"We rented the apartment named "The view". The name couldn't have been more accurate. This apartment had a beautiful view of the bay and buck island. We had a super smooth check in and check out. Place was very clean and the host even had snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. All in all this was a very nice place to stay and well worth the money. I would recommend this place."
