"We have stayed at Union Creek Resort many times, and have enjoyed them every time! On this trip, there were 10 of us. This time, the staff was especially helpful. I asked for and received early check-in. I noticed that some of the pots were showing signs of excessive wear, and the staff immediately replaced the whole set. I left a bag at the cabin after departure and it was mailed to me quickly. Finally, on our last night we shared a pie from Beckie's Cafe. What a great trip!"

"We had a good stay. Place was very clean and the pool and hot tub were great . The only real issue is we had NO INTERNET- we couldn’t watch Tv or use our phone . They told us how to login and how to get on the Internet, but we had no Internet and it wasn’t until I went and asked them that they finally told me oh the Internet’s been down for a while now. We paid a bit of money for this place and no internet was very disappointing"

"Localização muito boa, a poucos minutos de carro do centrinho de Big Bear Lake, com boas opções de restaurantes, mercados, lojas e farmácias. Estacionamento muito amplo e fácil de manobrar. Staff muito prestativo, sempre respondendo aos questionamentos. Excelente área de piscina aquecida, tanto a coberta como a descoberta. Só não ganhou nota 10 porque o chuveiro do nosso quarto (201 da unidade 1) estava meio entupido e o interruptor da luz do banheiro estava com mal contato. No mais, o quarto é...
