"The owner and staff are very attentive. How ever we arrived at the wrong time, since they are remodeling and there is construction going on.We also had two situations involving no water and toilet, shower issues. No parking available, so you need to park in the street. Rooms are big and the beds are comfortable."

"Our suite was spotless, beautifully designed and decorated. The bed was very comfortable as well as the sofa. The flowers and tropical trees were so pretty, and the restaurant attached, Teya, had delicious food and friendly staff. I cannot recommend this hotel more. Lots of food and shopping in walking distance. This hotel is beautiful inside and out!"

"I've stayed in multiple places in Merida. This is the best one by far. My wife and I stayed in room 11 and it was surprisingly quiet. Wonderful staff, Included breakfast was delicious."

"El cuarto super limpio, excelente servicio, excelente desayuno. Regresaremos pronto!"

"Was excellent in all . Atmosphere, attention , closed to the Merida center . Only problem there no restaurant to eat . Just for breakfast that is amazing also ."

Super indicamos."
