"Our suite was spotless, beautifully designed and decorated. The bed was very comfortable as well as the sofa. The flowers and tropical trees were so pretty, and the restaurant attached, Teya, had delicious food and friendly staff. I cannot recommend this hotel more. Lots of food and shopping in walking distance. This hotel is beautiful inside and out!"

"An Unforgettable Stay Exceptional Hospitality! Our stay at CIGNO Mejorada was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and what made it so special was the incredible attention and hospitality of the staff. I especially want to recognize Jordy and Raul, who were absolutely superb! They went above and beyond in every possible way, from their thoughtful attention to the smallest details to their wonderful recommendations that made our time in Mérida even more memorable. "I've stayed in multiple places in Merida. This is the best one by far. My wife and I stayed in room 11 and it was surprisingly quiet. Wonderful staff, Included breakfast was delicious."

"El cuarto super limpio, excelente servicio, excelente desayuno. Regresaremos pronto!"

"Entrada excepcional, personal muy atento"

"Was excellent in all . Atmosphere, attention , closed to the Merida center . Only problem there no restaurant to eat . Just for breakfast that is amazing also ."

"A wonderful, friendly welcome by Alexandra and her colleague, including the advice about the local area. It felt like nothing would be too much trouble. Great, spacious room with all the facilities I needed, including coffee and a reasonably-priced and well-stocked snacks and drinks selection. My room - Aire - was at the back of the property away from the road so it was lovely and quiet. The cute little pool and secluded sun area with loungers was very much appreciated on day two. Sky TV for...
