"Firat a possitive, reception were friendly and helpful on arrival. I booked the hotel for a ultra marathon, this is context for why I didn't complain in person to get problems sorted. Arrived late on Friday, asked reception some questions to get to race start, very helpful. Went to room, laid out kit and went to sleep. Woke up early and left for race, no shower or anything, this was 5am, paid no attention to the room. Got back in evening in pieces, desperate for a shower, some food and just to...

"Ended up having to have a late check in and they were accommodating, for a fee which was lined in the rules. However the heater in the room didn’t work, the wifi was weak and could not connect. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. You can hear every door opening and closing, the exit door is right in front of the room, so you hear that slamming each time. The room is a little much for what it is but if it is just a place to sleep, then this it is perfect. It’s a nice area and it’s close to...
