"Host has been very unreasonable and unresponsive. The host stole my money after I brought to his attention that I walked into an infestation. The property was not clean and the host refused to give me a refund to a place I did not stay at at all. There were bugs everywhere. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! It may look decent in the photos, but once you get there it’s filthy and infested with bugs"

"This was a spacious and bright place. Modern marble bathroom, minimal kitchen. Middle of a solid neighborhood block. Didn't hear a peep of noise during our stay. One side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday and the other on Friday (and maybe another, wasn't applicable so I don't recall). So parking while we went into the city was safe and easy, which was a big concern. No resident permit needed and the spaces seem to clear out when people go to work. No sketchiness outside...

"Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement. Es ist alles genau wie im Angebot beschrieben. Viele Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs waren bereits vorhanden (Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Seife...). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos. Er hat immer sehr freundlich und schnell geantwortet. Wir haben uns in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in fußläufiger Nähe. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in der Nähe, jedoch ist das Preisniveau von diesen...

"We had a great trip. This apartment is 15-20 min walk to PATH station, we went every day to get to NYC. Since it was spring we used the heat AND A/C., both worked great. Street noise was low thursday/friday but picked up saturday night. There was a supermarket 8-10 min walk away. Kitchen had enough pans to make omelets in the morning. The inside was very clean. We would stay here again."
