"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"We specifically booked this place for the kitchen as doing long hours and couldn’t afford to eat out all days but there was a kitchen with a coffee machine and kettle - no proper cookware as said on the listing. We also had no info on check in until we had to ring 20mins before. Additionally - we thought we had booked a private bathroom and had to then pay more for that through a bit of a dodgy WhatsApp system. "The oven refuses to turn on. Despite looking up instructions online and sending messages to the landlord, no replies. The dryer does not work. I washed clothes on my last night and was forced to fly home with a suitcase full of wet clothes."

"The apartment is in a great location and it was clean when we got it. The lift was working on and off and we had to use the stairs to go up and down to and from the 4th floor many times. The kitchen was not very well furnished and we only had 2 glasses and 1 fork while having many spoons and knives. Overall a good option when visiting London because of the area and proximity to DLR and Underground train. No AC (as we expected)."
