"After a long journey, arrived to a room that had not been cleaned from last guests. Called owner to complain and he offered us the room next door which was prepared fro new guests. We accepted but felt the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. We asked for a discount but was refused. I felt it was overpriced. "

"This room is tiny. The large window/sliding door lets in all the heat and there is no A/C to cool it off, just and under-powered fan to blow the hot air around. You can’t leave the door or wi Dow open as the insects flock in. The ensuite is fine but the shower is tight. The walls are thin so unfortunately you hear all the movement from next door. "

"10/10 excellent stay stay. host was very easy to communicate with, and even helped out with our toddler, by giving us a baby seat to use. highly recommend this property."

"Excellent location. Clean, tidy and all the comforts you could need or want. Check in was a breeze. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again . Excellent A+++++"

"Good communication with host, clear instructions for contactless entry. Modern apartment with a good kitchen and washing machine, comfortable bed. However the apartment is a bit run down with damage to the walls from furniture, the floor mat in the lounge is stained, there is mould in the shower, weeds and cigarette butts in the garden. If these were fixed, I would rate this property as a 5/5. The location was good, a quiet complex, deficated parking and a nice little outdoor area."

"Good location. Home was different than most we have stayed at in NZ. Very charming but needs better attention to detail and more organization in the home. Would recommend but know you’re staying in an older different styled home"

"Good. However the shower handles fall off from time to time and the bathroom tap is misaligned with the sink leading to a weird hand washing experience. The assortment of Teas are just loosely placed all in a cup and you dont know whats what. Check in was easy and great location and view."
