"Check in was a nightmare. We advised beforehand that we'd be taking our 1 month old baby and when we arrived, we hadn't been provided any information on what unit it was nor did they provide door codes. Robert (the host) continuously claimed that he didn't get receive our payment for our stay, however we had paid and had a confirmation email directly from Vrbo themselves and that was what we kept telling him. It wasn't until I had spent an hour over the phone with Vrbo customer service sitting...

"We loved this place! Great for 3 teenagers, a 4 year old and a Mom. Really safe, cute neighborhood area. The view of NYC from the kitchen and bedroom is spectacular! Parking was super easy, reserved and secured, off the street in its own lot. Everything was clean, spotless, updated and everything seemed like it was never used before. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. Loved how it was decorated!!! Great getaway, loved it!!!! "

"My stay was not what I expected…no lighting or tv in one of the three bedrooms, no working tv’s in the other two bedrooms, no wash cloths were available for my family of six including myself, when I contacted the host I was told where to find them but was asked how many I would be taking and to make sure to put the key back and to take a picture once the key was put back. The best part of my stay was access to the washer and shower along with the less travel distance to American Dream."

"I was extremely happy with this find. It was in Newark, but just an hour bus ride to Manhattan (I hear its quicker by train) Everything worked out. The stairs to the attic apartment were a bit steep and tiny but serviceable. The apartment was large. King bedroom living room full kitchen bathroom and shower. Even a pullout couch in living room. Plenty of closet space."
