"Spacious, clean room with air conditioning which has been put on prior to arrival making the room lovely and cool during the heat wave. Room had everything you need for a stay. Only stayed a night but with a sofa, microwave and fridge would be comfortable for a few nights."

"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

They were unresponsive before and during our stay. I booked thinking the apartment was in a certain address and the day before my arrival they sent me another address and sent me pick up the keys in a different location, blocks a away, making it VERY INCONVENIENT, since we, as all the travelers, were carrying luggage. "Studio apartment was really good and perfect size. It is well equipped with everything you need. The apartment is on a busy road so there js road noise which is to be expected. There is a terrace at the rear of the property which can be used by everyone and is lovely to sit out on. You are asked for a security deposit and ID before check in which is not something that is mentioned by Hotels.com when I booked it. At the time of writing I have not had the deposit back but am assuming that is...
