"The apartment was good for a family of 4 and the host always asking for our impression and needs. Provided a lot of ammenities and extra stuff on the entry level for backup. Had heater for towels but a tiny shower space. Three things I didn´t like: there wasn´t a laundry machine or a microwave, and the noise from the pubs and parties on neighbourhood were disturbing at night (although it had double windows)."

"Clean, air conditioned room, comfortable bed, spacious and very good value for money and perfect location for what I needed. Would have liked my bed to be made as they came in and change towels and left a soap on the unmade bed which was a bit odd but otherwise, great"

"I enjoyed the convenient location. Loved going to Box Park. Sainsbury’s is close by - but the baked goods section does run out fast. The lodging served my purpose - enjoyed it. Be warned - there are no lifts; but not a problem if you’re fit. The kitchen is available on the second floor - never encountered anyone using it when I did. I used it to get hot water and utilize the washer/dryer."

"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"Clean bed, having AC and fan was great. Old carpet in the room. Bathroom needs some update but shower water pressure was good. A lot of stairways up to the 3rd floor and hallway was covered with old and dirty carpet. Also smell of food coming up from street"

"The property location was convenient, however, I don't like self check in. I prefer a reception to have personal touch. Would not go to a self check in accommodation again."

"The room is perfect for a solo traveller doing a short stay of London! You are a very short walk from the underground and the area is fairly quiet and felt very safe at night. The host was absolutely lovely and super quick with messages and very helpful with check in. You are provided with plenty of helpful amenities which make the stay a super pleasant one."

"We loved the location of this property. In the city center but you would never know because it was so peaceful and beautiful. Only two issues, first the bathroom door was in the way. Too large for the area. A pocket door would be better. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning. Fans were provided, but still uncomfortable. They have nothing to do with the unusual hot weather, so not a downside, but thought I'd mention it so others are aware. The unit was small but good for two people....

"The rooms had ants, they didn't even try to move us. They did send someone to clean it, the next day, but cleaning didn't get rid of the ants. We had to store all the food in the refrigerator which made some of it soggy. Dented toaster. Thread bare mattress for the futon we had to use for a second bed. The futon fell fell apart when opened, I had to reassemble it to be able to sleep on it. We lost the oven for the first night. Had to wait for the next day for someone to fix it. Unresponsive for...

"Clean, easy checkin and the best location. Right near the pubs, clubs, nightlife, London Bridge. Well kept and clean apartment with all the amenities you think you’d need included. I will definitely be recommending this to others and staying here again! A hidden gem!"
