"This is a beautiful, 2 bedroom condo that was hard to leave. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. Tina and Jim are excellent hosts and had a wonderful basket full of goodies on the counter along with a personalized welcome greeting and card waiting for us. The deck overlooks a large pond and tidal creek and there is big lawn with a fire pit for cooler evenings. We would definitely stay there again. Larry & Sherri"

"Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood right across the river from downtown Salem and most attraction. Very walkable when the weather is nice. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for groups traveling together. Communication with the host was easy, Meg was very responsive. Decent sized outdoor space with a grill and patio furniture. "We stayed for a show at Bernie’s; Blue Chill was the perfect location for us to walk to the beach, the show, and everything else. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a great meal. The back deck was very relaxing, great sunset spot. Highly recommend, and the hosts were very responsive."

"We traveled to the area for the Boston Marathon. This home and location were the perfect place for us to be able to relax, cook our own food, and prep for the weekend without the hustle/bustle of the city. The close proximity to public transportation was great and it was an affordable Uber ride into Boston as well. The walkability of the town - to restaurants, churches, groceries, etc. - was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay....

"Stayed in Marblehead for a Celebration of Life. The house was comfortable, had a large yard for the kids to play in and the 1 year old learned to climb stairs (totally his option LOL), Rooms are larger than you expect and plenty of room to find your own space. I would recommend it for a family and it is pet friendly. Thanks Bill for letting us stay there."

We had all 4 seasons during our 6 night visit and although we were challenged operating the air/heat mini splits, the host immediately set temperatures of each room for us, several times. "A lot to like about this cottage - very close to beach, on a quiet dead end laneway, all new kitchen, very clean, good outdoor space with comfortable seating, grill, umbrellas, patio lights, good communication with owner. The only downside is that it's really small inside with a steep low ceilinged staircase. We were all over 65 and feared falling on it, even the shortest hit their head on one part of the ceiling! It's a vintage cottage, so just be forewarned. In the overpriced vacation rental...
