"Host was responsive when we could not get in. But we found the floors very dirty all over the apt. We could not walk bare foot. We tried to sweep .Also one suggestion: mention should be made that the apt was on the third floor. We are in good shape but other seniors may not be and may not be able to navigate the stairs"

"I stayed here for one night and found the apartment to be very spacious for one person. It’s located on the third floor with no elevator, which is fine if you’re not carrying heavy luggage. Check-in instructions were clear and communication with the host was easy.The main issue was the temperature. The bedroom was extremely cold, and there was no duvet—only a very thin blanket. I ended up sleeping with my coat on because it was so chilly. The living room was warm, but the bedroom made the stay...

"Host messaged me after booking and told me his place was actually unavailable but would not cancel my reservation because he would get charged by vrbo. Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. He essentially passes on the fee to me in doing this given the cost of my time to obtain this refund. Do not recommend. "

"Very nice apartment in a not-great part of town. Beautifully renovated and decorated. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. There are two steep flights of stairs to the apartment entrance, with a curvy part, and it may be difficult for older or physically impaired people. I was in town for a football weekend and this location was about 15 minutes drive to the Ravens stadium. Great for our purposes. Felt safe inside, and only minor city noises at night."
