"Hotel has a city view and a sea view. The hotel was extremely hot, however the air conditioner was not working. I complained with the reception and the suggestion was to open the window, however it is noisy and impossible to sleep. The hotel people suggested to use a earplugs to sleep (so creative!!!). Hotel could be offered a room at the see side; instead offered a earplug!! Another problem: I needed to checkout at 6am, but there was no hot water at this time; hotel said to wait a few minutes with the water wasting, because the heater is turned off during the night. I left water wasting for more than 10min, but no hot water!! So, if you need to take a shower at 6am, do not count on this. "

"The hotel is well located, close to the city center. However, guests have to pay €12 per day for parking, and there are not enough parking spaces for everyone, which feels overpriced. For a 4-star hotel, I expected better bathroom amenities. There was no shampoo or conditioner, only an all-in-one body and hair soap, which was disappointing. It is difficult to relax with many children screaming around, especially when there seems to be enough space to dedicate one area to adults. During our stay, a baby even vomited in one of the pools, which made the experience even less pleasant. Breakfast offers a good variety of options, but the atmosphere was again very noisy because of children running and screaming. The restaurant seems large enough to have at least one quieter adults-only section. Overall, I would rate this hotel closer to a 3-star property than a 4-star one."
