Hi and welcome!

The property is equipped with a very comfortable 160-cm-wide queen-size bed (200 cm length × 160 cm width) featuring a high-quality mattress. It comes complete with two blankets with covers, pillows, and bed linen; all covers, cases, and linen are freshly ironed.

We provide everything you may need for cooking and bathing during your stay. The entire property is for your private use, offering a fully independent space with nothing shared with the host except the parking area. The cottage offers high-speed internet, allowing you to stream content such as Netflix smoothly; however, there is no TV installed, and guests are welcome to use their own devices.

A private on-site parking space is available, along with barbecue facilities. You can relax in a beautiful outdoor seating area, especially enjoyable during spring, summer, and autumn, where you can sit back, feel the breeze, and enjoy the surrounding nature. Corn fields and hop plants are located just 100 meters from the cottage, creating a peaceful rural atmosphere.

Although the cottage may seem small at first glance (27 m²), the open outdoor space, surrounding fields, and natural landscape create a strong sense of freedom. Guests consistently report that they never feel confined and describe the cottage as exceptionally cozy and comfortable.

In the immediate vicinity, a wide range of sightseeing attractions—including lakes, hills, rivers, and mountains—can be reached within 15 minutes by car. More broadly, much of Slovenia is easily accessible, with most destinations reachable within one hour of driving, including Ljubljana, just 36 minutes away. We also provide two bicycles for exploring the beautiful surroundings.

Finally, we are pet-friendly and warmly welcome dogs and cats. Please note that an additional cleaning charge will be applied for stays with pets (25 euro per pet per stay).
