It has 4 double rooms, two of them with a double bed and the other two with single beds, with the option of including two extra beds in total, one per room (maximum occupancy of 10 adults). All rooms have their own private bathroom.

The house is adapted for people with reduced mobility and has a room on the lower floor for such use, also adapted for your needs.

The double beds are 1.50m, while the single beds are 1.05m.

It has a large outdoor patio at the back of the house where the barbecue is located. The patio has direct access to the street, with the possibility of parking up to 3 cars inside the patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, etc.

The living room has a 40 "flat screen TV, fireplace, dining table, library, etc.
