"We found the perfect place to take our e bikes on the canal trail. The access to the trail was just a short bike ride down the driveway to the access point to the Canal Trail. The Apartment was fantastic, clean and comfortable and a fully stocked kitchen. We had our dinner on the extremely large porch enjoying the view of the river and wild life. "We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. We were pleased the room was as pictured. At at first we were concerned when a few things that would make our stay more convenient appeared missing. However, upon getting settled we were relieved to find the room was thoughtfully arranged and contained everything we needed and more. Joanne was a gracious host even greeting us when we arrived much later than planned and I’m sure after she was comfortable and tucked in for the night. Wonderful setting,...

"This property was a working farm and we stayed 4 nights in a house over 100 years old. We had a large room on the 2nd floor and shared a bathroom with the other guests. We were welcomed by the owner and shown around the house where we could use the living room, kitchen and dining room. It was comfortable and welcoming. "The house was very modern and clean. We appreciated the “extras” in the bathrooms and kitchen. The location is urban so guests should expect some street noise. However, the neighborhood felt safe and the home has its own designated parking. The host was also easy to communicate with. Overall, a very pleasant stay. "

"We had our 25th Anniversary Cousins Reunion at this gorgeous Bucks County. Everything about this home was fantastic - location, number of bedrooms and decor. Communication with host was timely and pleasant. Highly recommend"

"Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."

"We were in New Hope for a family wedding. The Mountain House provided room for everyone. Our group ranged from 10 months to 71 years in age. The kiddos loved the goats, and had a great time exploring the property."
