"Cute, cozy little house. Stayed for the night had everything you would need even little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. We went on a pretty warm day(mid summer)the downstairs was a little warm but the rooms upstairs had a.c. units which helped. House was very close to wineries and a cute a little town. Boneta was quick to respond and easy to deal with. Thank you for sharing your home "

"I spent a week at this apartment and, while it may not be for everyone, it could be a solid option if you're looking for a cost-effective, clean place to stay with responsive ownership.Pros:Excellent Host Communication: I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, and the host responded promptly. It turned out to be a provider issue, but I appreciated the quick follow-up. Later, the A/C went out, and they had it working again right away. "Very comfortable. We had four of us. We were up for a golf outing and we always stayed in a hotel. This was much more comfortable. We did not use the kitchen, but it was a nice amenity. Tracy thank you very much."

"Awesome clean and well stocked place to stay when visiting Erie, only downside is that it seems the place is right on the line between a rough neighborhood and nice area. Had a few people walking the street during the day/night yelling or having some type of episode. But other than that it was perfect!"

"The "apartment" is really the top two floors of a split-level home. Very large, clean rooms. The updated kitchen has more than I needed to prepare meals before heading out on the wine trail which is right outside your door. The house is surrounded by vineyards and is very peaceful. Xinni was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely return and recommend to friends."
