"The hotel was clean, accommodating, and had an incredible location next to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The kitten was the best and improved everyone’s already wonderful time"

- péssimo serviço: na chegada, a recepcionista simplesmente nos falou onde ficavam nossos quartos.. ninguém nos ajudou a levar nossas malas nem nos acompanharam até o quarto. O mesmo aconteceu no momento do check-out. Solicitamos ajuda com as malas e esperamos 30 minutos. Ninguém apareceu...
"Modern premises and tasteful décor. Our room was super comfortable and controls are hi tech, from curtains, to lights. The beach is excellent for swimming and walking, and the view of the mountains is breathtaking. We had a blast in this hotel. I want to come back for a longer stay."
"It was an amazing stay. We checked in late, after midnight, and check in was smooth. The rooms are beautiful and we got balcony at the first floor. The sea view was good.
Communication with the owner was very good and he was there on call as and when required.
There is restaurant near the beach and for the hotel guests, one umbrella and two chairs were free. this was an excellant perk.
Parking can be done between hotel and restaurant and there is enough parking so no worries.

"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The suite we got was huge, (living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). Property was immaculate and you can see the care the family put into running it.
Great location only 5 minute walk from town centre and 5/10 to The beach. Plenty of tavernas and shops close by again within 5/10 minutes.
Property is underrated and for what we paid it was above our expectations and underrated. During the day most other guests went to the beach meaning that we had use of the pool to ourselves and loved it.
