"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! "Positiv: Super Essen Super Personal Alle Super Freundlich Sehr Schöne Hotelanlage Bequeme Betten Sauberes und schönes Bad Contra: Das Hotel kann da nichts für … aber sobald man den Hotelstrand verlässt und weiter geht…. Verschmutzung durch Müll. Sowohl von Touristen als auch von Einheimischen. Die (an sich tollen) Zimmer wurden leider nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Als ein Kugelschreiber zu Boden fiel, entdeckten wir eine ordentliche Staubschicht unter dem Sofa. "

"Great experience : location, staff and services are perfect to really enjoy your time there. The food is good but you know in Crete, it is true almost everywhere. My only concern was that the food tags were in german only, it could be translated in english too."

"Booked 1-night for March 2024. Amazing location in the Old Town just steps away from shops, bars, restaurants etc. Everything inside the property was pretty much perfect, the room, the beds, the facilities, the patio, the view! . So many little touches from the host that made it special. Definitely 10/10."

"O título de hotel 5 estrelas é mentiroso. O hotel seria um excelente 3 estrelas ou um 4 estrelas mediano. A experiência geral está BEM longe da que uma hotel 5 estrelas oferece. Os principais problemas foram: - péssimo serviço: na chegada, a recepcionista simplesmente nos falou onde ficavam nossos quartos.. ninguém nos ajudou a levar nossas malas nem nos acompanharam até o quarto. O mesmo aconteceu no momento do check-out. Solicitamos ajuda com as malas e esperamos 30 minutos. Ninguém apareceu...

"Had an amazing stay here over the last 5 nights, whole Property was immaculate and you can see the care the family put into running it. Great location only 5 minute walk from town centre and 5/10 to The beach. Plenty of tavernas and shops close by again within 5/10 minutes. Property is underrated and for what we paid it was above our expectations and underrated. "Very nice place on the beach within walking distance to anything you may need. Our rooms were upgraded to the apartment upon arrival. The ladies at the front desk were awesome.
