"I only booked this room at this hotel because they had an indoor swimming pool. The pool was freezing cold so we couldn’t swim. I was extremely disappointed and so was my family who was looking forward to using it."

"HOTEL ROCK ROCKS! This place is spectacular! Fantastic everything all round. Do it!"

"Oh my goodness, I stayed here for my 50th and it was beautiful. The room was beautiful, the property was well maintained and in the heart of downtown. The staff was amazing, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank for an extra special birthday…"

"I had an amazing stay at The Inn & Spa at Intercourse! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely relaxed. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy some time away. The accommodations were comfortable, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the spa experience was an added bonus. The location is also perfect for exploring the surrounding Lancaster County area while still having a quiet, relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. If...

"Inn appeared quite new. Rooms were of basic design, very clean, pleasant decor. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of bath linens and extra pillows. Cabinet in hall available for guests to replenish room supplies. HVAC unit very new and worked well as did fridge, micro and coffee. Because there is no restaurant or bar, building is basically for sleeping and rooms were very quiet. Saturday night was a full house and no noise heard from other residents or external. Two story, no elevators. Our room had...

"Everything good"

"The rooms were very nicely appointed and they gave us adjoining rooms even though we didn't ask for them. We did receive a charge of $80 for each of the 3 rooms after we left. I will call in the morning."

"We love TRU bye Hilton. From entering the hotel to being greeted by the front desk, to enjoying our room, which was very clean and inviting. The breakfast was lovely and delicious! We will certainly return to Denver, PA and stay with TRU!"

"Centrally located, the inn’s pub offers good casual meals, and it is close to other restaurants like Rooster’s. The inn is old but well maintained, and staff helped me get luggage down the steep stairway and held the heavy front door while I was exiting. It is generally quiet. Amenities are sparse—common these days. A good breakfast is across the street at the coffee shop or around the corner at Dosie Dough. A good value if you book early and stay Sun—Wed. My favorite shoe store, R B Shap, is 10...

"Every room has parking out front the door. Traffic was loud and steady making sitting outside less enjoyable. Beds in the double room are not queen size, felt like a full bed and cramped for 2 adults. Absolutely no breakfast but coffee and no real milk. Convenient location. Buggies go by. Very clean."

"A começar pela localização do hotel que foi excelente e com bom estacionamento. O quarto limpo e grande, com cozinha achamos muito bom. Banheiro ótimo, minha esposa gostou do secador de cabelo. Piscina fechada e academia muito boas também. O café da manhã foi excelente, cmo boa variedade de alimentos quentes, e cada dia mudava alguns ítens, então para nós foi ótimo. A equipe foi bem prestativa e atenciosa também."

"Excellent location for restaurants and shopping. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Pool and Hot tub were great. Modern TV with great channel options. Great accommodations for handicap access and amenities. Opportunities for improvement-Make location looks more appealing. Rooms needed painting, had trouble opening door due to the magnetic strip on room card not working- old fashion process. Room Safe was not working. Breakfast quality needs an upgrade. Gym equipment needs...

"The hotel is great. Rooms are immaculately clean and the little kitchenette was perfect for us. The coffee is abysmal and the breakfast area was really busy and picked over. So besides that, we loved the hotel location and the quality of the room. We just know we have to get our coffee somewhere else. Will definitely stay again."
