"This was a great home. I loved that it was not really close to other homes. It had great views and was very quiet, but still really close to Fruita and Grand Junction. The hosts were great and very responsive. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space and plenty of kitchen amenities. I’d definitely stay at this home again."

"The perfect mini getaway not too far from home that allowed my husband and I to enjoy some peace and quiet. The private garden was perfect and the shared garden was adorable. Very clean, well kept, the hot tub was nice and toasty, and the lights in the shared space were a perfect little bonus that weren’t too bright so we could still enjoy the amazing stars. "I was so happy with this guesthouse. It was perfect for our family of 5! Hostess and host were extremely welcoming and attentive to all of our needs. Additionally, it was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed!The amenities were top notch with a pack n play, high chair, washer/dryer (huge plus for us!), and thoughtfully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We weren’t missing anything and honestly felt right at home."
