Relax with friends and family at this peaceful two bedroom Casita. Newly refreshed home and front patio/yard with ample FREE parking. The area has a more local and friendly vibe and is quiet enough to get that rest and relaxation that you crave. However, a short drive to the west is Swami’s beach and downtown Encinitas with all the restaurants, shops and nightlife to entertain your desires.

The home is simple yet stylish and provides you with the basic needs for a fabulous beach vacation.
The space
There are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 1 full bath to share. The kitchen is large and has a dining area. The living room can accommodate an additional air mattress or you can put the 2 chaise chairs together for a long twin, or a short double. Look for the game drawer in the bottom of the wooden dresser. There is also a soft top long board and 2 boogie boards for your use. The only thing missing is FREE BEER. If you message me your favorite flavor I will see if I can leave a few in the fridge for you.

Out front is a kid friendly yard with astroturf, pavers and beach stones. Inside the deck box are beach chairs, balls, and games. Don't forget to plan a BBQ meal and take advantage of the outdoor grill too. Lounge or dine under the sun, shade or stars on the new patio furniture.
Guest access
The entire house and the fenced in front yard is exclusively for your use as a guest. You may park on the left side of the driveway and under the carport and also in front of the house on the street or in the gravel. Street parking is not exclusive.
