"yes, its pet friendly. there is no fence but there is easily could be. the location is awesome. Park you car and walk everywhere. the only negative I could give is the one bathroom is very dated. shower/tub is pretty small faucets are pretty pathetic. But everything else was awesome. "

"This property is great. Convenient location to everything in the Carlsbad/Encinitas area. I walked every morning to Starbucks and then the beach (about 2 miles roundtrip). The home is very clean and comfortably sleeps 6. We didn't use the kitchen like we planned but looked well equipment. We did go to the communtiy hot tub and pool for an hour or so. It was heated (this was Christmas) and very clean. I enjoyed sleeping with the sliding door open and listening to the ocean. You can view the ocean...

"Tracy was amazing to deal with! The home was beautiful and worked perfect for the six of us. Neat clean, easy access in and out. The front sitting area was perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dollhouse was enjoyed by our two grandbabies, and the fire pit was comfy and easy to use. The sitting area in the back was perfect in the afternoon to rest in. Beds were comfortable and plenty of clean towels available. We definitely would love to stay here again."
