"Tracy was amazing to deal with! The home was beautiful and worked perfect for the six of us. Neat clean, easy access in and out. The front sitting area was perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dollhouse was enjoyed by our two grandbabies, and the fire pit was comfy and easy to use. The sitting area in the back was perfect in the afternoon to rest in. Beds were comfortable and plenty of clean towels available. We definitely would love to stay here again."

"House layout and space great for our 3 generation family of 10. Pool actually warm enough in December. 4 kids especially loved pool. Excellent responses from host - even set up a Christmas tree for us on my request. Would stay again. "

"Great location!!! Very family friendly neighborhood! Cyndi is a fabulous host, excellent communication and was very helpful when we inadvertently forgot something after checking out. The rental is as described and was a wonderful place for us to gather as a family. And of course, you can't beat the California sunshine!"

"Most everything was as expected and advertised. We did have trouble getting one of the TV's to work and locate the channels. The 0wners came over to help but it was still too difficult to figure out with the 4 different controllers and the unusually TV service as well as the older TV. Also later on the upper level stove from was coming off and had to duct tape it back on to keep from falling open. Also the downstairs stove did not work. The parking was good for a busy beach area with lots of...

"house showed some wear and tear issues and minor damage but everything functioned. Not enough reading lights in the bedrooms. it was clean and had sufficient towels. The 5th bathroom was essentially the laundry room and uncomfortably small. It would be a great house for families with small kids and worked well for us 10 adults. location was the best! Host responded quickly to our request for a room heater. "
