"House was great! We had an intimate gathering of some friends before a wedding and we loved the house and location. You’re just steps away from Cardiff and a short ride from Encinitas. The house had plenty of room to sleep and we utilized the grill and the kitchen. If I needed to stay in Cardiff again, would happily set up here again!"

"This house fitted our needs perfectly. We had a group of 10 in town for a college graduation. There was plenty of space to sleep and it was wonderful being able to just hang out by the pool all day together. The kitchen is well stocked for a group that likes to cook. The location is fantastic being near La Costa resort and a short 10 minute drive to some of our favorite beach towns. We wish we could stay longer!"

"The stay itself was fine. Beware, the house is not close to the beach and has a steep walk down from main road. The house was moderately clean but dated. The neighbors from behind had several large mature trees so there was a lot of built up bird waste and mice running along the fence. The grill was clean and the kitchen was stocked with the needed amenities. The main problem was the communication with the host.
