This 1 bedroom unit has a private entrance, backyard, and dedicated parking spot right in front of entrance. Fully tiled walk-in shower, full sized refrigarator, and air-conditioning which is unusual for most rentals in the area.

Max occupancy is 2 people.

Located in a quiet area just 2-blocks from moon-light beach. Although it is connected to a house, it has private entrance, backyard, and parking spot right in-front of entrance. Just 4 blocks from old-town Encinitas, you can walk to many restaurants, coffee places, and unique shopping stores.

Amenities include a queen sized bed, stone floor, and the entertainment system includes a 50 inch flat screen TV, with subscriptions to youtube-TV (has all standard cable channels) and Netflix. Sit in your private backyard and have a meal the patio table. The kitchen does not have an oven, but microwave, hotplate and toaster is provided. The unit has a standard drip coffee maker with filters (Keurig available upon request).

Moonlight is one of the most popular beaches in North County San Diego, with facilities that include restrooms, showers, volleyball courts, fire pits, beach rentals , children’s playground, and even a great snack bar! If you want a more secluded beach, just walk about 100 yards north or south on the beach.

Walk into downtown Old Encinitas and eat at one of the many great restaurants or shop at the small unique shops.

The unit has complete set of dishes, linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and wifi. Also has private washer and dryer. Drip coffee maker with filters.

There is no bath tub, so for small children, it may not be a great place.

Must me over 25 years old unless I specifically approve
No events or parties.
No smoking in unit or in backyard.
Quite time after 10pm, this is a quiet neighborhood
Dogs can not be left alone (inside or outside) if they bark.
Couch needs to be covered if you have a dog, and not allowed on bed.
