"The biggest issue that I had was the information that I received about the bus was totally misleading . It says there is a bus down the street… it’s a 10-15 min walk. Oh and it only comes 2-3 times a day and forget about getting back there on the bus. So 1/2 of us came unprepared to rent a car. You must have a car unless you don’t plan on leaving. "The spaces are great for larger groups to have space away and privacy for breaks. The pool and outdoor dining area was amazing. As expected, water pressure in these older homes can be inconsistent, but was not a problem. The home is a bit away from major highways, so day trips were a little more local driving, but didn’t limit us. Host family is nearby for support, but non intrusive and very accommodating. We had a wonderful dinner prepared our final night and everything was very hospitable."

"We spent almost two weeks in Tuscany and rented three houses. Villa Andrei was a highlight - an beautiful and quiet location. You are on your own and can really enjoy your time under the Tuscan sun. "Villa Carnicelli is an amazing, beautiful villa in the hills of Capannori. Francesca, our host is a lovely young woman and is prepared to do whatever it takes to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The villa is very clean and the restauration has been done on a high level. So is the disign inside. We were welcomed by Francesca with a homemade cake (very nice) olive oil and a handmade garlic grater. You feel right at home So, highly recommended!"
