"I will not stay at this place ever again. Yes the rooms were clean, but that doesn't make up for the rest of the stuff we had to deal with. For starters, we were supposed to have a king bed and after we got there, and they finished cleaning the room we were supposed to have, and told us it was OK to bring our stuff in, they decided to change us to a room with double beds so my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds during our stay. Then they tried to make us pay a deposit that we were not...

"the only thing i didn't agree we asked for towels since they had not come into our room due to someone being ill that day inn the room, she asked for the trash and dirty towels but didn't replace them had to ask that night at desk for clean towels, the shampoo and conditioner containers in shower were empty, and the noise had construction going during the day, and at night they need to reinforce the quiet time to customers coming in late, had a team of young kids coming in on saturday night...

"The rooms were dirty, our first room did not have a functioning door lock, we were moved to another room and the door lock did not lock from the inside, the ac unit was not functioning properly and was very loud, the tub/shower did not drain so when you took a shower you were quickly standing in knee deep water. The only good thing about our stay was the Breakfast, it was hot and delicious, the Breakfast staff was welcoming and cheerful and attentive to everyone's needs they were EXISULANT!"

"they need to fix our drain in their bathtubs and room 103 is very hard to get the water to turn on. You literally have to pull it with a lot of muscle."

"We only were there a few hours, so we didn't get to use a lot of the amenities, but the room was clean and breakfast was really good. It looked like they were remodeling in several places. The staff was super nice, from the gentleman who checked us in, the sweet lady who ran the breakfast area, to the nice lady who checked us out."
