This beautiful two-story home offers unique upgrades throughout. As you enter the home, after just a few steps, you will find that the living, dining, and kitchen offer an open floor plan. The kitchen has soapstone countertops, a Monogram stove, two sinks, and stainless-steel appliances.
On the main level, there is a full bath with walk in shower and two guest rooms both featuring a queen-sized bed. As you move up the stairwell, you will find two spacious, light-filled guest rooms. One room is a master suite with a King bed and private bath. The other offers a private deck, two double beds and a shared bathroom with entry from the hall or bedroom. All bed linens are laundered between guests as part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise.
The decks which surround the home offer a variety of options from screened to covered and also the option for a quick private outdoor shower! The screened-in porch is fully furnished and the perfect space to spend your entire vacation… out of the sun and enjoying an amazing variety of wildlife! A golf cart is provided for guest use and stored in the garage; however, there is also a Tesla J1772 charger if needed.
The private pool can also be heated during the Fall/Spring Seasons for an additional $600/week.
The community of Spinnaker's Reach offers a community pool and bathhouse, oceanside golf cart parking, a community beach walkway, and a sound side dock for sunset viewing!
