"Very clean, great communication, key fob provided for private beach access was very nice! Close to shops, food etc. great location for golf cart rentals! Overhead shower head in master bath was wonderfulllll! Kids loved the sand play area outside!"

"If you like to fish, boat and want direct access to the highway then this place is OK but if you care about house maintence, quality furniture and fixtures, cleanliness and road noise then think twice. This is an old property for sure as stated in the listing and the floor is squishy in many places and should be repaired.
