Quiet townhome community, private patio, minutes driving distance to historic downtown Swansboro and wonderful restaurants.

Though there are some restaurants and shops within walking distance, most people will find it easiest to travel by car to most nearby locations. Two parking spaces are assigned in the front of the house for personal use. There are also Lyft and Uber services in the local area.

We are pet friendly. For guests staying with pets: There is an additional cleaning fee (in addition to the normal cleaning charge at the end of your stay) of $50 USD.
PET CLEANING FEE- We love hosting our fellow pet families. Due to the extra effort involved with cleaning, sanitizing, and turning over our units for the next guests, the security deposit/pet fee of 50$ will be taken as an additional charge at the end of the stay.
