When we arrived the wifi was not working, it was difficult to figure out how to contact host who anyhow provided by next day an alternative wifi network access which provided connection to our smartphone but didn't work with the smart tv."

Communication from the host was unresponsive, the kitchen sink wasn’t working during our stay, and there was significant noise from a neighboring unit. The checkout process was also not very smooth.
