"Everything was good except half the reason I chose this hotel is because i have terrible back pain and it said they have a pool and a hot tub, but they filled in the hot tub.... So that I was not happy about. It should've been updated "

"No one was at the front desk when we arrived. Waited. Walked around saying "hello"? Finally someone emerged from the back, never said a word to us, just handed us a key card. Went up to the room, all was well until 730 am when people and children were slamming doors, yelling in the hallway, running up and down the hall screaming...at 730 am on a SUNDAY. This went on for an hour when we finally gave up trying to sleep and went downstairs for breakfast. Then checked out...again NO ONE at the...
