"It was really quiet. Easily to get to . The breakfast was amazing!"

"Our room was not cleaned upon arrival at 8:30pm and we had toddlers ready for bed. They were booked but after some serious conversation they gave us someone else's room while they called housekeeping in to clean our original room. The next morning at 8am we went to get 2 towels because only 2 were in the room for 4 adults, the desk didn't open til 9am. Then went to have some cereal and there are no kitchen supplies at all: no utensils, plates, cups, bowls or cookware. What's the point of staying...

"Tub did not drain,stains in tub from standing water, hair dryer did not work. Piece of foam on plywood would have been more comfortable than their king size mattress. Do not recommend this place at all."

"Easy access, staff were so pleasant. Rooms were clean. Perfect for our overnight stay even though our concert got canceled. Will definitely return to this little hidden gem of a place!"

"Very convenient for people who is driving and specially taking a dog ( they don’t charge ) . The facilities are ok for a night . Pretty good shower."

"So we unfortunately stayed when a storm had hit and there was no power at the hotel and therefore we couldn't use the amenities. The third shift guy Michael was very helpful taking us to our room via flashlight and getting us what we needed. They also had provided breakfast via donuts, bagels, juice, etc and McCafe coffee so we were still happy with our stay, especially under the circumstances out of their control."

"Very large room and bathroom but the bed was not comfortable"

"There was stains all over the walls, furniture, and bathroom. Wholes in the walls with paper shoved in them. The fire alarm was banging from the ceiling, shower head extremely loose. Room smelt like cigarette smoke. Disgusting."

"This is my third stay at Suburban Studios over the last couple of years. In addition tobeing a great location right off the highway and a good stopping point along my journey, the staff and site are very welcoming. It is nice to have a full kitchen on long journeys. I travel between Minnesota and Virginia twice a year and Suburban Studios will always be my go to!"

"This hotel was amazing to us! My family came here for vacation and staff was amazing. It was my granddaughters birthday and the lady took 6 dollars out her own money and gave it to her! This staff was greatful! Rosa up front was great an friendly! Breakfast was delicious! Rooms were big and bed were very comfortable! Will definitely be back next time we come to Pa!"

"Easy Access to 51 and 70 "

"The only problem was that the elevator didn’t work and we were on the 4th floor. Also, the first room on the 3rd they gave us had a bad odor, but they did move our room to the 4th floor."

"Not fancy. This place needs a facelift. Carpet molding falling off the wall. The kitchen needs some work so it looks nice. Bathroom needs a good cleaning. Tile was full of gunk. Great location near HWY 70. Noisy at night from dogs prancing on the ceiling. Gym looks good, but no one was in it. Going down hill a little at a time."

"Muito demorado no check-in, com recepção com má vontade e cara feia, estava prometido café da manhã, questionamos mas só tinha 3 iogurtes, café e 3 pães doces, sem suco ou demais pães ou frutas, claramente algo velho e não reposto. A região era muito bem localizada com muitos lugares para comer e abastecer com ótimo preço, quarto impecável no conforto e limpeza. "
