"Staff at check-in was awesome! Next day shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor making it very wet & slippery. I asked the front desk the for towels & she said we could only have 2. It was not enough to clean up the mess. Called for more towels & explained the situation, she said so you can only have 2 towels No More. Very rude about it & never offered to help clean up the mess with a mop & bucket then instead. Not impressed. Not good customer service. "

"If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel then you might want to keep looking. If you’re looking for an economical option this might just be what you’re looking for. Our highlights: for once we found a place with great breakfast options. The pool and hot tub area was very practical with changing and restrooms available. "Our stay was really nice, we especially enjoyed the gracious breakfast, the swimming pool could have been warmer but we are senior citizens so we are used to a 90 plus degree swimming pool at our senior club at Northfield MN. We really liked the view of Lake Pepin, beautiful! Our room was very nice and clean and the beds were quite comfortable with lots of nice pillows. Very happy with our stay and would choose it again."
