"Comfy and cozy lil place near Lone Star lake, w/ lake access. Mother in Law loved her bedroom, and the overall feel of this tiny home. Wife and I slept upstairs, w/ the heat wave blasting Texas, this place was very cool and comfortable during our stay. "

"Very Nice house clean with amazing views, Chad and Jen were great hosts. Any issues were immediately addressed. Dock for fishing and swimming were great. Foosball and Ping-Pong table were a blast. Pool was a added bonus. Life vests / Pool floaties an games for the water was a plus. Very quite area, house is with in 15 mins for Daingerfield State Park. Patio had a Blackstone Grill and a Pit boss Pellet Smoker. Family had a great time, will defiantly be going back. "

"We just loved it. My wife and I have been there before. If you just want to relax and overlook the lake or even fish. It's all in the backyard. Cook on the grill, kayak or just lounge in a chair like we did. It's very quiet and peaceful. No tv, just good ole relaxation. Frank and Linda the hosts. We just love them to death. We enjoyed very much talking with them and visiting. Hope to see them again soon. The Shaw's"

"Loved everything about this place. House was great - big enough for everyone with plenty of space. Pool table and games galore! Comfortable beds! Well stocked! Right on the lake with great views from almost anywhere in the house. we brought our boat and caught several fish! Mainly bass but also a catfish. The boathouse with the lift was a huge plus. Communication with the host was great! Check in and out was super easy. Would highly recommend!! - "

"This property is absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Communication with host was very easy and fast response! Easiest check in and out. House had everything we needed and more. Super clean and very comfortable beds. The house overall was beautiful and had the best sunsets we have seen even better than our Monterey bay sunsets. The kids couldn’t stay out of the water and had the best time fishing. Also the neighbors are so welcoming and nice their grandson and my...

"First of all the property is way better than the pictures, we brought our boat and had plenty of room to swim and fish off of the dock. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a bonus for ice and drinks, the kitchen was well stocked for all cooking needs although we grilled on the back patio most of the time. Our family of five had a great time and can't wait to return! The owners were very easy to deal with from time of booking to checkout! I highly recommend."

"Another great experience at Pine Grove, peaceful and relaxing. The house stayed cool in the heat and the trees provided plenty of shade. The fishing was excellent as we caught over 40 fish in 3 days. And don’t miss the opportunity to interact with Paula and Jim. They are very nice people and very f you need anything just ask. "

"The property was great, though the directions to the property need to be more specific because Google Maps and other similar platforms do not have accurate mapping of roads in the vicinity and give misleading directions to the location."

"Very nice place to stay. Clean, private, safe place to stay. I fish bass tournaments and would recommend it to other fisherman. The owners were very friendly and helpful. "

"House is newer construction with all the nice amenities. Full kitchen with all the necessary cookware (rare for todays vrbo). AC worked great and kept the house cool all weekend. Easy sloping yard down to the large dock. Dock was also in excellent shape with deep water. had to call the owner for a small issue and they remedied the probelm in minutes. I would stay here every weekend if I could! "

"Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. "
