"The receptionist was great and friendly. The grounds are old and weathered. The overall stay was just ok. But the showered in the room was not clean. The shower door was covered in soap scum and the inside of the door was disgusting. It hadn't been cleaned at all. "

"We were extremely disappointed in the restaurant. We saw now staff and several tables not cleaned off. A couple that were leaving told us the service was terrible and the food was not good. So, we went to the coffee shop. I hope the restaurant issues can be improved. We used to love going there!!!!!
The hotel is wonderful, aside from that!!!"

"We had an absolutely amazing stay with you and your family! Your whole family is just wonderful. The amenities at the property are fantastic, and the views are simply stunning.
