"Perfect location and amenities for biking the GAP! Hose/towels for the bikes, easy check-in, self serve snacks (easy), great restaurant right next door, hotel on the river and right off the trail. I’ll stay here every time I ride the GAP and stay in Connelsville. The Connelsville B&B is nice but the Comfort Inn is better."

"The TV didn’t work all night, staff couldn’t fix it. She just blew us off and never came back. There were also a significant number of barking dogs down the hall from us that we then couldn’t tune out. Super obnoxious, the manager lady heard them when she came up but didn’t do anything. "

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

"It was not disclosed that the property was under construction, the pictures on line were of the completed property. When checking in, we were given a double queen when we booked a King, and the front desk was not apologetic at all, just "sorry, nothing I can do about it". Also, there wasn't a working ice machine to be found. Upon showering, there was also no conditioner, container was empty. Poor experience over all."
