"Check in and staff were very nice. Hotel lobby was beautiful. Room was less than: had trouble opening the door several times and needed help 3 times, you could see the lock system was broken. The door to the room was filthy dirty. The bed thank goodness was nice, clean sheets, and good pillows. Internet connection was on and off unless you paid for more.
